- Marketing Consent (CASL): We record your explicit consent, including the timestamp and specific agreement text, to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
- Calculator Insights: We log anonymized tool inputs to refine our financial models and market research.
2. CASL & Email Communications
We strictly adhere to CASL requirements. By subscribing, you are providing express consent to receive electronic messages from firsthomeontario.ca regarding real estate market updates and professional referrals. You may withdraw consent at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.
3. Data Sharing with Partners
firsthomeontario.ca is a marketing firm. We share your volunteered lead data with our client partners (such as William Forbes, REALTOR®) who handle the regulated real estate services. Your data is stored securely in Supabase and is never sold to third-party data brokers.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data entirely. We retain marketing consent records for 3 years and business transaction records for 7 years per CRA requirements. For data requests, please contact us.
